Monroe County Executive Adam Bello is asking the community to weigh in about the future of the former concession stand at Ontario Beach Park. The building has been unused since the end of the 2019 beach season.

“Your voice matters! Help shape the future of Ontario Beach Park by taking our survey on potential uses for the unused concession stand building,” said County Executive Bello. “This building has tremendous untapped potential and we want to hear the community’s ideas about how we can transform this space into a vital asset for park goers and residents of Charlotte neighborhoods alike.”

The survey is available at monroecounty.gov/parks-ontariobeach or by visiting Ontario Beach Park Concession Stand Survey (surveymonkey.com).

The concessions building formerly housed an eat-in coffee shop, and later served as a walk-up snack and refreshment stand. Using data collected from the survey, the Parks Department will recommend a new use for the building sometime this fall.
