The Monroe County Department of Human Services (DHS) staff, service providers and most importantly, those we serve, are working to redesign service delivery and community outcomes.

The purpose of this initiative is to put the community at the center by meeting people where they are. It will build on work already being done to impact poverty and inequities in a profound way, while shifting how we serve the community.
