County Executive Adam Bello Announces Return Of Free Youth February To Seneca Park Zoo

January 27th, 2020

Monroe County Executive Adam Bello announced today the return of “Free Youth February” at Seneca Park Zoo. For every adult who purchases an admissions ticket in February, up to five youth guests (ages 3-11) can join them on their Zoo visit for free. Children under 3 are always free of charge.

“Winter is a great time to visit Seneca Park Zoo, and Free Youth February ensures more families can enjoy it together,” said Bello. “There is so much going on at the Zoo this time of year, I wouldn’t want to miss it. I’ll be there with my family, and I hope you’ll be there with yours.”

Guests visiting the Zoo in February may notice many of the animals, like the polar bear, red pandas, and snow leopards, are quite active in the wintertime. Now through March 31, Seneca Park Zoo is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with last entry at 3 p.m. Gates open at 9:30 a.m. for members. Adult admission (ages 12-62) is $10 during the winter season. Free youth offer only valid on the same day of purchase and when purchasing tickets at the Front Gate. The zoo is located at 2222 St. Paul Street.
